Production
This is a daring, 100% Namur co-concoction: an offshoot of the meeting by and between the Brasserie de Namur and the team of Alfonse and Stuff. Valentin and Charlie, members of that team, opened the Botanical by Alfonse, a cocktail craft bar geared to mixology and botany (situated in the Rue des Brasseurs [Brewers’ Street!] in Namur]. The cocktail mix is available in two version: the Félicien R. Sweet and the Félicien R Bitter.
